为了加强同学们对涉外合同法的体系、渊源以及思想的了解，提升同学们对合同法的系统化学习能力，提高同学们的法律英语水平，2022年7月，公司2020级法员工在学校的大力支持下，进行了英国合同法课程的学习。

本门课程由任职于英国利兹大学的周祺教授全英文主讲，周祺教授拥有丰富的授课经验，他为同学们讲授了英国合同法的历史演变、要约、承诺、约因、条款、不实陈述、错误、履行和解除等制度，并在讲授过程中对英美法系和大陆法系适时的进行比较，使同学们对国内外合同法有一个整体的理解。

周祺教授不仅仅是向员工进行知识灌输，更重要的是他为每个同学都提供一个话题，让同学们在课堂上进行展示，并在展示后提出建议，指出优点和不足，这大大提高了同学们的自主思考和探究能力，提升了同学们的自信。课堂中同学们认真听讲，积极发表自己的见解，提出自己的疑问，教授与同学们之间形成了非常好的互动。暑期学校课程的开展，符合公司培养具有“国际视野”的应用型法律人才的理念，开阔了同学们的国际视野，提高了在全球化背景下的学习能力，并大大有利于同学们未来对涉外合同法的学习。

Professor George Zhou does not only instill knowledge into students, but more importantly, he provides a topic for each student, for students to show in class, and makes suggestions after the demonstration, pointing out the advantages and deficiencies. It greatly improves the students 'independent thinking and inquiry ability, enhance the students' confidence. In the class, the students listened carefully, actively expressed their own opinions, and put forward their own questions. The professor and the students formed a very good interaction.
