Guangning SUN was born in 1981 and now is Professor, Doctoral Supervisor at Law School in Weihai Campus of Shandong University in China. He is the author of four books and has published more than thirty articles at top Chinese journals such as China Legal Science, Jurists Review, Studies In Law And Business, Science of Law and Political Science And Law. He directed four national level projects sponsored by the National Social Science Fund of China. As a team leader he presided more than five other projects sponsored by Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuratorate and ministry of justice.
