Xiaoning ZHANG

Xiaoning ZHANG was born in Yishui County of Shandong Province and now is Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor and the head of the criminal law teaching-research section at Law School in Weihai Campus of Shandong University in China. His research focuses on behavior theory, constitutive elements theory and financial criminal law. He is the author of one book and has translated two Japanese books into Chinese(co-translation). He has published more than ten articles at top Chinese journals such as Legal Science, Science of Law, Law Review and Legal Forum, and also at Japanese journals such as Ritsumeikan hogaku, many of the articles were reproduced by the Reprinted in Information Center for Social Science of RUC. He is directing a national level project sponsored by the National Social Science Fund of China. As a team leader he presided two provincial projects and other projects sponsored by local government.
